Every summer, SEB’s division for Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) invites university students to take part in a ten-week, full-time internship designed to offer real insights into the financial industry and SEB’s global business.
The CIB Summer Internship is a unique opportunity to work in a leading Nordic bank, alongside experienced professionals in areas such as ECM (Equity Capital Markets), Legal, and FICC Markets (Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities). Selected roles are based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and the programme is conducted in English.
What to expect
Ten weeks of hands-on work on real client cases, guided by mentors and expert teams
A structured introductory week in Stockholm to kick off your learning and networking
A closing day to reflect on and present your achievements

This internship is not only a chance to gain industry experience, but also to explore SEB as a potential long-term employer. Many past interns have gone on to full-time roles at the bank.
