The association’s ultimate deciding organ is the bi-annual meeting and it is held twice per year. At the bi-annual meeting new trustees are elected and propositions and motions are processed. The election committee is responsible for organising the bi-annual meeting and nominating candidates for elections.

The association is organised according to the three business areas: leisure, future and studies. Within these areas there are eight committees: Sports, Social, Reversen (magazine), International, Finance, Business, Career Fair and Education. In addition to these committees there are five operative organs: Corporate Relations Group, Treasury, Intendant, Head of IT and Marketing Group.

The presidium is responsible for the committees’ and the operative organ’s activities and the board’s task is to formulate long term strategies and goals.
